I. Key responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and key metrics to senior management and other stakeholders.

II. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (Chief Accountant or equivalent certification preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in the retail service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is prioritized)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong command of written and spoken English
