MAIN TASKS:

• Building content plan for Company’s social media channels (Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, IG) – (2-3 brands)
• Prepare social content, include:writing caption, coordinating with designer,Schedule social post, ensure timeline quality, and optimize the reach and engagement.
• Planing and implitation the activities, include: booking tiktoker & KOC, community seeding to spread brand images program
• Cooperating with digital marketing performance on promotional activities campaigns to develop content for Ads marterial.
• Doing the research on competitors and market, and monthly report
• Doing some related paperwork & payment work

REQUIREMENTS:

• College/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Content Marketing.
• Prior engaging with Retail FMCG content (Beauty, F&B, Family &Kid)
• Possess essential knowledge, practical skills in Content Marketing such as SEO writing, Social media management, Online community building, KOL/Influencers management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese)
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and solutions in Digital Marketing.
• Strong organizational, time management, data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
• Prior working experience in an agency is a plus.
