Head of Center is responsible for the operations of tiNiWorld centers, operating according to the company’s direction with a focus on promoting growth and managing costs, developing the center budget to ensure the center has the best profit.

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

           Operation and Business Management: 

  • Manage the center and ensure stable daily operations 
  • Manage assets and facilities and ensure hygiene, neatness, safety and normal operation 
  • Observe and ensure the center complies with cash management and safekeeping 
  • Maintain tiNiWorld standards inside and outside the center: images, billboards, posters, notice boards and signs… 
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, documents and reporting systems and company standards are consistently followed by employees 
  • Directly resolve issues related to customers and employees to ensure the company’s brand and professional services. 

Sales & Marketing: 

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute follow-up plans, approved promotions 

Asset Management and Cost Control: 

  • Monitor and adjust usage, check lists and determine minimums 
  • Register purchases on a minimum basis 
  • Monitor monthly usage of assets and equipment 
  • Monitor and ensure center costs within budget guidelines 

Human Resources Management: 

  • Based on the center’s human resources plan, train the team, ensure the human resources development strategy. 
  • Train, coach, motivate and develop center staff to deliver excellent sales and service results 
  • Orient and supervise the training of new recruits to work locations 
  • Make recommendations for internal promotion. 

II. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduated from College, University or above

Experience: At least 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position. Experience working in customer service, chain stores (F&B, fast food, convenience stores, entertainment and dining services…).

Skills:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Dynamic, progressive.
  • Ability to manage & organize work effectively
  • High customer service spirit

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good looking, professional style
